The sleeve has great texture on the inside and with the expantion of the sleeve it grinds against every inch. Its a great tight seal around the shaft and makes things fun to pull against the pressure. The ability to pull stronger suction by holding down the button is a big plus too.

This toy is utterly amazing. Jaw-dropping performance. I use it externally and when I get it adjusted to hit the right spots, oh wow! It came quick and discreetly which was perfect for me since I still live with some family. It comes in a gray cloth bag to store it in which is super thoughtful and easier to keep clean.
