The sleeve has great texture on the inside and with the expantion of the sleeve it grinds against every inch. Its a great tight seal around the shaft and makes things fun to pull against the pressure. The ability to pull stronger suction by holding down the button is a big plus too.

This toy is utterly amazing. Jaw-dropping performance. I use it externally and when I get it adjusted to hit the right spots, oh wow! If you're wondering what the thump/tapping sensation feels like, it's somewhat like a vibrator, but taken up to the next level, or maybe next few levels! I'm going to order another one of these soon so I will have a backup in case the other one runs out of battery charge. Talk about a bang for your buck!

It's definitely a fun toy to use and the sucking and vibrating are absolutely great. I will say the jacking motion is a bit intimidating, but what's not for me may be for some. My biggest and only complaint is its a bit heavy and makes it hard to use for a long time.

Absolutely a must for anyones collection! This is the best suction I have ever seen on a dildo. Use in the shower is a breeze and it fits perfectly in my strap for extra fun. I love the look of the veins and the color. The material is firm but very soft to the touch which makes it easy to use and clean after. This is my second toy like this. Works pretty well, just have to learn the positions and how to keep it inside of you. Remote works well, just have to learn the combinations. I had my best experience so far laying on my stomach letting it do its job. Also, cleanup is pretty easy but putting a condom over it helps speed up the process. Looking forward to using it some more.
