I can't imagine something feeling more realistic. I only wish they made one larger... It's firm yet flexible enough, and satiny smooth to the touch. Not rubbery or plastic feeling like a lot of other silicone products. At this size I would say it's small enough for beginning to intermediate use. Guys I've bought a few of these different styles but none with suction. First thing first LOTS OF LUBE at first, you can trim back later.
