I will assume they meant for anal play in which case I can understand. The texture of the toy is pretty nice and I find the firmness to bee quite good. - It's just almost life size like for the bigger one. It's heavy Which is nice even tho it's got an awkward hold with the jelly feel and flop. But nice grip and sizing works great with lube and definitely looks real and works in any position, and vest thing about it is it don't talk back and run it mouth just does what you need it to. Lol. It comes with a double like thing and a tampon like thing for easy clean out and dry up
