We bought The chair to help us with age and bad knees. The event started off innocent enough.. then things went bad. We were both excited to try it out and were definitely ready to go. okay I'm going to be candid. I bought this thinking it would be a same old same old sort of experience... I was wrong... very, very, wrong. This is super simple to use. It's cord is magnetic so you can't put it on wrong. The lights flash telling you it's charging. Once done it shows you that too. Controls are simple and I love that the two functions are totally independent of each other... the rose can be used without it's additional internal piece...and you can use the internal piece without the rose.
