I can't imagine something feeling more realistic. I only wish they made one larger... It's firm yet flexible enough, and satiny smooth to the touch. Not rubbery or plastic feeling like a lot of other silicone products. At this size I would say it's small enough for beginning to intermediate use. Dildo is firm but flexible so it'll move with your body. It's solid all the way through so it's not very squishy. The suction cup works pretty good, I reckon it'll work work on any smooth surface.
